Mondal and Sumit provided really good help during check-in at short notice. The hotel is right inside the terminal building so you don't need to step outside. The stay included breakfast that featured some dishes with specific indian flavors. The restaurant offers views of the airport grounds making it fun to watch planes while you eat.
It was difficult to contact the hotel when coming in because there was no courtesy phone available.

the staff escorted me from arrivals, very helpful. the room had blackout curtains, important for resting during layovers. the in-room safe worked perfectly for storing valuables. breakfast had a variety of choices..
the gym is rather small and some of the equipment looks a little dated.

the staff at the airport desk was helpful in guiding me to the hotel.
the room overlooked what seemed to be badminton courts. during my stay, badminton games occurred, made sleep impossible. i expressed my concerns, but the noise did not subside (i really needed that sleep).

unfriendly staff complicated access
the room was clean and met basic expectations.
I found the process to enter from the airport baggage collection very complicated. the staff was not particularly friendly and i could not go to dinner without someone escorting me. the dinner seemed overpriced considering its quality. The registration process was also slow and complicated

my queen room domestic wing non smoking offered total convenience near terminal 3. the staff ensured a smooth transit experience.. they even helped navigate security. i appreciated having a quiet space and a comfy bed to rest before my connecting flight.
I found the check-in process to be somewhat lengthy. Multiple requests were made for access cards.
